This is Hyper Local Blogging at it’s Best

River Hills is a 2,500 home planned unit development community located in Valrico, Fl, just outside Tampa. In researching who the competition is in the blogging world for this area, I discovered that the area is pretty much virgin territory except for two Agents from two different companies along way from River Hills, that have contributed a hand full of generic community and country club descriptions about the community and placed several pictures of the area in their blogs. Upon further investigation, I learned that these same two agents apparently are reading out of the same play book, because they have both done the same thing for every major housing development and area of the Tampa Bay area.

A Glance in Real Estate’s Rearview Mirror

I consider myself an “old school” real estate agent, I started in 1985. I have seen numerous changes in the real estate industry over the years. Many of the changes had been in regard to license law, but since the mortgage melt down starting in 2006 and the eventual across the board financial difficulties our country has experienced, major changes have started to take place in the entire real estate industry.
